Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the United States free of charge. Packages will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of your order date.

International shipping fees will apply on all purchases. We will reach out to you directly to discuss shipping cost and send a supplemental invoice prior to sending your products. Please please email us at info@inkandprism.com prior to submitting your purchase and we will send a single invoice that includes the total charges including shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Curated Crystal Collections
Because our crystal collections are one of a kind, we have made every effort to provide precise measurements and photographs of the exact items you will be receiving.

Returns are accepted. The returned item(s) must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Buyers are responsible for packaging items as well as the return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Credit will be provided when the item is received.

In the rare event that your limited-edition container is found to be damaged from shipping, we will exchange the container for a similar version, if available, or provide options for containers of equal value. We also offer credit for the price of the container if you would prefer a refund.

All Other Products
Jewelry, Accessories, Non-Crystal Home Decor, Beauty and Fragrance returned products must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Buyers are responsible for packaging items as well as the return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Credit will be provided when the item is received.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not accepted.
We are unable to process exchanges, but we encourage you to select new items and purchase them when you receive your return credit. We do not charge for shipping within the United States.
